Terms and Conditions

British Paranormal, sometimes refered to as BP, reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without providing prior notice to sites users or previous guests, including, but not limited to guests which have tickets booked for an event at the time of amendment. All amedments will generate a revision date and time, which can be seen at the top of this document/page.
Using the site

By logging on to any of our websites, including, but not limited to www.britishparanormal.com, you are agreeing to the these Terms and Conditions. All information gathered by our technology will be held in a secure database on our servers; this includes your Internet Protocal (IP) Address.

All information, including photographs, are copywrited soley to British Paranormal and may not be copied, or reproduced in any way, shape or form. Any instances of copywrite infringements will be taken very seriously and the relevant authorities will be informed.

All payments made over www.britishparanormal.com will be processed by a third party company; PayPal. British Paranormal will not be held responsible for any loss of payments. PayPal terms and conditions can be found on their website www.paypal.com.
Reserving Tickets

Tickets can be reserved on our events page, upto 2 weeks prior to the event date. In order to reserve tickets, a £10 deposit must be paid. This deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to purchase tickets within 2 weeks of the event date, full payment must be made. If you have reserved tickets with a £10 deposit, the full balance must be made within 2 weeks prior to the event date.

The deposit is on a per ticket basis, not per booking basis. For example, if you have booked 3 tickets to the same event, the required deposit would be £30.
On the night

  • No persons under the age of 18 may attend an event with British Paranormal.

  • No pregnant women may attend an event with British Paranormal. All pregnant women will be refused entry.

  • Anyone deemed to be under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs will be refused entry. No Alcohol may be consumed on the premises unless a licensed bar is open at the venue. In this instance, we ask guests to stay within the legal drink drive limit.

  • Anti-Social behaviour will not be tolerated on events with British Paranormal. Anyone actively causing distress to any staff members, or other guests will be removed from the venue.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. British Paranormal will direct guests to the nearest outdoor smoking areas upon arrival.

  • Personal Possessions and Articles brought to events by yourself are done so at your own risk. British Paranormal will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal possessions. On that note, please do not leave anything of value unattended.

  • British Paranormal will not be held responsible for injury or death which may occur on the way to an event, during an event, or on the way home from an event. It is your own responsibilty to ensure you have sufficient insurance in place prior to booking tickets with British Paranormal.

  • It is your responsibilty to ensure that you have brought sufficient clothing to an event (It can get very cold in the early hours).

  • By booking tickets with British Paranormal, you confirm that you agree to be filmed, or have your photograph taken. This will be for the sole use of British Paranormal. Photographs, Video and Sound may be published to our website.
