Cod Supper & Ghost Hunt The Skirrid Inn, Abergavenny, South Wales. 14th July 2012, £49. Come and join British Paranormal as we investigate the Oldest Pub in Wales, The Skirrid Inn. You will be joined by professional Paranormal Investigators and Mediums who will take you on an extreme Ghost Hunting experience. The Skirrid Inn has a torrid history of violence against humanity. First mentioned on record in 1110 this historic building is now over 900 years old. It claims to be the oldest pub in Great Britain. The Skirrid Inn got its name from the "Skirrid Mountain" which engulfs this historic location. There are so many stories of great history, we couldn't even begin to publish. But, it is fact, that over 185 people were hanged in this very Inn, by the infamous Judge Jefferies. |

| On the night . . .
Note: this venue was voted 8th Most Haunted Venue in the world. Guests will sit down for the 3 course meal at 8pm. The menu is set, and is "Cod Supper Special". This consists of Fish Soup Starter, Cod and Chips Main, then either Apple Pie & Custard, or Fudge Cake & Ice Cream for desert. At 10pm, we will begin the Ghost Hunt, where our Medium will talk guests through "Paranormal Hot Spots". Guests will then be given a short demonstration with regards to useage of equipment. We will then split the guests into 3 groups, and begin the investigation. Limited tickets are available for this event, to avoid disappointment, we recommend you book your place early. Remember, you can secure your place with just a £10 deposit per person. |
